Just I can't justify spending 10+ dollars extra (including tip, not the driver's fault) for something with Satan's elbow grease in my sandwich. Even though Panera Corporate has refunded my order, I'm losing out on delivery money every time I order. My experience with these guys over the past month have led me to break my review virginity. Let me say that I never, /never/ leave reviews. Of which I mean, they haven't customized it at all. This location, however, has gotten this order wrong three times in a row. I usually order Panera once a week as a way to treat myself. I've been a Panera customer since the dawn of my college career. I've been able to get away with this order many, /many/ times over. Panera Online's great for that sort of thing! Because who wants to listen to some Karen at the cash register talk about getting a "Steak and Cheddar without the Cheddar"? Usually Panera's accomodating to the request. Like, I customize my order to heck, just because I'm specific (to a fault) of what.
